Redevelopment underway on 5,7,9 Grand River Street North in Downtown Paris

The redevelopment of 5,7,9 Grand River Street North in downtown Paris has begun with the demolition of the existing buildings underway.
The completed project will have five (5) residential units with elevator access and three (3) commercial units. Construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2024. The improvements include a complete rebuilding of the external façades that will be accessible.
